DEBBIE COLLINS - Managing Director

Debbie has 16 years experience of managing services at a senior level in both charitable and private organisations. She has managed day activities and supported living services at both a grassroots and managerial level. She is a qualified social worker and has a Diploma in Management Studies.

Under her leadership and guidance, Excel has positioned itself as a locally based agency that is small enough to be responsive to the individual customer by being able to provide a wide range of support for people in their own homes.

KIM LATIMER - Operations Director

An experienced staff manager, with a NVQ Level 4 in Care and a Registered Manager’s Award, Kim has been working with people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs for over ten years.

Kim shares in Debbie’s passion for developing Excel, in particular its accessibility and responsiveness. She is committed to providing quality services that meet the individual needs of the people Excel care for and support.

SARAH FAULKNER - Registered Manager (Bracknell)

Highly skilled and qualified in care management, Sarah has eight years experience of working with people with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.

Having gained the ILM First Line Management Award, Sarah has a strong commitment to Excel’s person centred values. She has the practical experience and the abilities needed to make these values a reality.
