Our services

At Excel, we shape our support services to the aspirations, needs and wishes of each service user, so that they are able to lead the life they want to live. We call our approach SUPPORT BY DESIGN.

Some of the individuals we support live independently, on their own, and hold their own tenancies. Others share properties and tenancies while others live with family members.

We provide support services for people with learning disabilities ranging from 24-hour care, including personal care and sleep-ins, to just a few hours a week, for example to allow a service user to attend a weekly activity they enjoy.

Alongside support with household tasks such as washing and cleaning, we provide support options that allow service users to work, on a paid or voluntary basis, and study. We can also assist with issues such as paying bills and setting up tenancies.
